We offer service contracts to both existing and new customers, allowing anyone to benefit from our high level of service and support. Currently there are two options:

Full Annual Service Contract
- This covers hardware and software under the same conditions as our Guarantee.
- Unlimited telephone assistance on between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
- On-site support, parts and labour on hardware including priority engineer call out when required.
- Liquid spillage faults, damage by power surge and reprogramming are not covered.
- Customers with equipment under this cover are entitled to a 10% discount on paper rolls and ribbons.
- Unlimited telephone assistance on between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
